Nutrition and contest prep guidance: Includes a detailed plan with nutrition, supplement, and cardio recommendations. Also covers unlimited email access for questions regarding the plan and weekly updates to optimize the effectiveness of the pre-contest strategy. For the final week you receive a detailed no guess work peak week plan and phone access for peak week.
All Programs: I will set up your own Blog (a personal diary) so you can keep a log of all your training sessions and questions. This will allow me to monitor your program and keep you accountable after each workout entry. Your program will be re-accessed weekly to insure progress.
Monthly in-person check ins are not an additional fee.
In person training sessions are a separate fee. But they are discounted after you sign up.
If you are not competing within the year and your first package does not lead up to a show, please take 10% off. For 12 week or longer plans, payment options are available.
Joining Team Franco is also a great benefit to your off-season training too!
Memberships that are available range from 5 weeks to 1 year! (all include personal workout blog and final week plan if applicable)
